August Happenings

August was a busy month. We had a few visitors. Elizabeth's mom came to vistit one weekend and Hovan came up another. While Hovan was here, we drove up to Maine in one car- 3 adults and 2 kids in car seats in an Accord- and stayed with Sed. Brennan got hs first tooth that weekend, much to the enjoyment of everyone in the car who got to hear him cry the whole way (not that him crying in a car is all that unusual).

Brennan is also pulling up on everything. He would much rather stand than anything else. He learned that skill the same week as he mastered sitting unassisted which was right as he turned 6 months.

Nora is learning new words and phrases all the time- we really need to watch what we say- and is developing her imagination.
